Hylton Jolly first established “The Jolly Barber” in 1995 in John St. Waterford upon his return from England where he trained in a hairdressing salon on the exclusive Sloan Street in London. The Jolly Barber is a family run chain of Barbershops, with two more locations in Ferrybank and Kilcohan that cover all aspects of men’s grooming from Classic and Modern Cuts and Hot Towel Shaves to Beard Maintenance.
